"We just thought it would be interesting to let you know that after the 16th of August 2013 magnitude 6.6 earthquake centred in Seddon/Ward, our family are astonished in the way this home reacted. Our dwelling is next to Lake Elterwater and we sustained absolutely NO DAMAGE whatsoever. There is another home built by a high profile housing company close by (built at the same time) and the amount of damage that house sustained is beyond belief. We would personally like to congratulate you on the workmanship and quality that has gone into the house. We would recommend this type of house to anyone in the future. I have personally seen most houses around Ward and there is damage to all EXCEPT OURS!!

"Recently we moved into our new home in Blenheim, built by Endeavour Homes and we would like to express our satisfaction with the process.
We made the first contact by approaching staff in the office of the show home, enquiring about standard plans. Initially we thought Nadine was the office receptionist but as we progressed further we saw examples of her first class ability to deal with customers and her management skills. The few stressful moments we experienced Nadine kept her calm and reassuring demeanour, nothing was a drama.
Simon presented us with a house plan designed for our section, exactly to our brief and was able to make minor changes as we stood in front of his computer, that was impressive.
The process from first presentation to the start of the build was smooth and we found the builders very obliging and helpful, nothing was a problem, and we were allowed on site anytime to discuss issues.
All the trades people gave us quality workmanship and were very helpful.
We have used the latest technology of LED lighting, induction cooking hob and heat pump heating and hot water heating, the latest showers and tapware made in New Zealand, all adding up to us being very happy with our 'show home' quality home, clean and tidy, on budget and on time at takeover."
