As primarily a 'Design and Build' company we pride ourselves on creating individually designed, craftsman built homes that meet the dreams and budgets of our customers. Our in-house Designer understands that designing a new home and getting it right is crucial. From floor to ceiling every aspect of the home must be considered and with our Designers expertise, Endeavour Homes takes your dream and turns it into a design. The design will be both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional with floor plans, elevations and 3D models of your home. We will walk you through it and we can even make changes while you watch.

Pre-designed Plans

There is a limited range of pre-designed plans available to view at our show home. These plans have already been priced using quality materials that will hold value for years to come. These proven designs are available in a range of sizes and differing styles and can be adapted to suit any location or individual requirements.

Your Own Plans

If you have your own professionally drawn plans or even a hand drawn idea and are looking for a builder to complete your dream look no further than Endeavour Homes. We can offer you a variety of options to ensure your project becomes reality.

Land and House Packages

We are happy to discuss Land and House Package options. We will work with you to find a suitable section and design a house to fit your section, lifestyle and most importantly budget.

The LBP scheme aims to ensure that people in the building industry who are responsible for the building work done are competent and accountable, so that homes are designed and built right the first time.
